Resources for New Parents and Scouts and Basic Information:
- New Scout Survey. To be completed by all new scouts joining the Troop, so we get to know you and what you like.
- New Parent Survey. To be completed by the parents of all new scouts.
- Annual Health and Medical Form. All Scouts and Scout Leaders must fill out Parts A and C annually. Part B (the physical examination) should be completed if you plan to participate in any of the following:
- An event that exceeds 72 consecutive hours, such as Jamborees, Summer Camps, and Wood Badge training courses.
- Resident camp (e.g Summer Camp, Camp Read or Camp Yawgoog)
- Strenuous and demanding activities such as service projects, work weekends, or high-adventure treks.
- The Scout Oath, Law, Motto, Slogan, and The Outdoor Code.
- Woggle Video and Woggle Instructions – These both show how to make a great woggle for your uniform.
Resources for Camping:
- Troop 5 Campout Planner, Attendance Roster, and Duty Rosters – All Patrol Leaders must use this to plan for each camping trip. You can download this as:

Resources for members of the Patrol Leader’s Council:
- Troop 5 Troop Meeting Planner – Used to plan troop meetings and as the agenda for the meetings. All members of the PLC should read this, as should all scouts who plan to take a leadership position. You can download this as:
